The original delivery document is a testamentto its well-cared-for heritage, adding a touch of nostalgia to thisautomotive masterpiece.Rejuvenated and Maintained:This Eldorado hasbeen thoughtfully gone over and maintained over the years, ensuringthat its performance matches its striking appearance. The low mileson the odometer and service records speak to the careful use andenjoyment by previous owners, who have taken the utmost care tokeep it in peak condition.The 8-Track radio works; some sound iscoming from the original speakers. The station indicator fell overand is not visible. The Cruise Control lights up on the dash panel,but the cruise control does not work. The cable that operates thedriver's side remote mirror is in the door but broken-thepassenger-side remote works as expected. There is a new rear windowwith the defroster hooked up. The Rear Defroster light is correctwhen the rear defroster is engaged. It's summer here in theCarolinas. We can't confirm if ice actually melts ice. The rearautomatic headlight dimmer is functional. However, the casing thatholds it to the back of the rear seat is missing. All electricwindows, door locks, and seat adjustments work as expected. Thedriver's side door pull handle is missing the plastic cover. Theclimate control module vacuum parts have been replaced. CadillacTim refreshed the vacuum control module in the dash. A new topmotor was installed in 2016. Front and rear brakes were overhauledin October 2016; see attached documentation. The car stops straightas an arrow. All four turbine hubcaps are in great shape. Theoriginal spare tire comes with the car. However, the rim was neededfor a replacement on the car that was bent.This car's journeythrough time has seen essential maintenance and upgrades, withbumper fillers repair, front shocks replacement, and a new startermotor, ensuring a smooth and reliable ride. Regular oil changes, acarburetor rebuilt at 54,001 miles (replaced under my ownership),and upper and lower radiator hose replacements and belt changes at54,965 miles ensure that the heart of this Eldorado remains robustand powerful.A Touch of Luxury The New Top:Keeping true to itsluxurious roots, the Eldorado has received premium upgrades,including a professionally installed top in summer 2023. Theconvertible well and new rear window make this ride perfect forenjoying the breeze on warm summer days. Additionally, rubber sealsat the top of the windows and the gasket where the top meets thewindshield have been replaced.The Perfect Drive:Great tires! ThisEldorado has VOG Custom VII/Wide Trac (Cadillac Tires), providingthe expected Cadillac look. The car also features a stainless steelexhaust by Caddy Daddy.
