Themotorcycle shows well in photos, with just a few minor blemishesseen in the provided photos.Introduced as the V45 Magna in 1982,the cruiser-style middleweight musclebike became the 700 Magna for1983. This was the middle child in the Magna muscle cruiser family,and it combined its laid-back styling with speed no "traditional"cruiser could touch, including a 12.6-second quarter-mile at 106mph. Performance was courtesy of Honda's smooth, liquid-cooled90-degree V4 that growled rather than rumbled. Shaft drive made forquiet, low-maintenance riding. A long 61.6-inch wheelbase gave theMagna the proper stretched-out cruiser stance. The overdrive sixthgear allowed for relaxed highway cruising and good fuel economy,and the Honda TRAC (Torque Reactive Anti-dive Control) front forkaided handling.
