The one area of minorfabric fray is highlighted in the photos. There are also sometypical creasing from folding/unfolding the top, and 2 marks orstains from a previous owner (possibly from stickers that wereplaced on the top at some point?). The convertible top mechanism isfully functional, automatically raising and lowering both the topand both side windows with the touch of a button.Other exteriorfeatures include a speed-activated rear spoiler, integrated foglights, bi-xenon headlights, paint protection film applied to thefront end, door edges, and leading edges of the rear quarterpanels. The entire vehicle was recently detailed, includingapplying ceramic paint protectant.Interior FeaturesThe interior isfinished in Sand Beige leather and features heated,power-adjustable front seats (with driver's seat and side mirrorposition memory); PCM with navigation; CD player, automatic climatecontrol, cruise control, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.Original black floor mats with the Porsche logo are installed ineach footwell.Original tire pump, puncture repair sealant, and towhook all come with the car and are discretely secured in theirstorage spaces under the front storage trunk's floor mat.The caralso comes with a Porsche-designed windshield shadescreen thatperfectly covers the car to help keep it cool when parked in thesun.Finally, one original Porsche remote-control key fob isincluded, along with a complete set of owner's manuals in theoriginal leather binder. I'm also including a second manual key Ihad made that (manually) unlocks the door and will turn theignition; it just doesn't have the remote control functionality-butit's perfect as a backup/spare key.Warranty (ComprehensiveThird-Party Service Contract)As mentioned previously, a hugevalue-add for the buyer of this car is the inclusion of a fullytransferrable, comprehensive service contract (warranty) that waspurchased from the dealer at the time I bought the car in 2022.Valid into June 2024, this "Ultimate XP" contract by XtendedAuto/CornerStone United is a top-of-the-line, no-holds-barredcoverage. Details of coverage are provided in the photos, but mosteverything except the clutch is covered (and I paid for a brand-newclutch in 2022)! Here's a quote directly from the company'sbrochure (bold text comes from the brochure):[Ultimate XP is]Coverage so comprehensive that if it's not on the short list ofexclusions, it is covered.My own experience with this warranty isvery positive. I'm happy to report that when the clutch wasreplaced and the mechanic discovered the shaft seal was leaking,this contract helped cover the cost (after the deductible). Evenbetter, the mechanic was able to bill the company directly, so Ihad no hassle with paying everything up-front and then battlingwith them for reimbursement. Instead, I just paid the differencebetween what the mechanic's bill was for the seal and mydeductible.This contract cost me thousands of dollars, but I feltit was worth it to give me peace of mind when buying such anexpensive, high-performance car. The knowledge that this contractwould cover virtually all repairs is something I can pass on to thenew owner. I can make the complete contract available for apotential buyer to review.
