The truck is very solid. It is a 7.3 Diesel with a 6 speed manual transmission. I have put quite a bit of money into this truck in the last year and a half to make sure it is a solid and reliable truck. It has all brand new ball joints, tie rod ends (basically a whole new front end), it has it has new pads all around and rotors and the calipers arent even a year old yet. The transmssion and oil and differential fluids and fuel filter were all serviced/changed a week ago. It has a brand new fuel pump not even a week old yet. It also has brand new valve cover gaskets and a brand new IPR Valve (Injector pressure regulator valve), the alternator is still under a year old along with the serpintine belt. It also has a new cam sensor and crank sensor under a year old as well. The thermostat and coolant were just changed about a month ago as well. Last year the u-joints were all replaced after a lot of heavy hauling. It has the full reese tow package mounted and works perfectly. The tires are 2 months old and still have 80%-85% tread still on them. The only thing that doesn't work and I can't figure out why is the power locks.
