This 1954 Buick Skylark convertible is one of 836 examples produced for the model year and is powered by a 322ci “Fireball” V8 that was reportedly rebuilt under previous ownership during a frame on restoration in 2013. Factory-rated output was rated at 200 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque, which is sent rearward by a Twin-Turbine Dynaflow automatic transmission. The seller acquired the car in 2016, and the refurbishment under prior ownership is said to have included a full repaint, parts re-chromed, new interior seats, and an engine rebuild. A new battery has just been installed. All parts are original to the car. An electronic ignition was put in about 1 year ago for ease of starting.The car is equipped with power windows, four-wheel power brakes, a power top, a Selectronic AM radio and Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels. This Skylark is now offered by the seller with a clean Colorado title.The 5-digit odometer shows approximately 65k miles, but is not in working condition. Current owner has put approximately 1400 miles on the car in the last 8 years. Actual mileage is unknown.
