Description:
A cosmetic and mechanical restoration was carried out between 1996 and 2002. The tan leather upholstery was removed, cleaned, and reinstalled during the 1990s refurbishment, and a new 13-piece shortcut wool carpet set was fitted. The convertible top interior was replaced at that time with a wool headliner and horsehair padding. The wood trim was also removed and cleaned, and the interior brightwork was re-chromed. The 2.2-liter M180 inline-six features twin downdraft Solex carburetors and sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The starter and generator were rebuilt during the 1990s refurbishment, and new engine mounts were also installed.
