Originally assembled on February 17, 1966, this 1966 Corvette L79 comes in the desirable Red/Black color combination with a 4 speed, as well as side exhaust for that classic rumble. This cars paint is in good condition, with a great shine. With the exception of the windshield, all exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code. Chrome bumpers show a good-vg finish, with the exception of the drivers rear. Weatherstripping and taillights are vg, and correct style hubcaps are in place. Radial whitewall tires show an average of 9/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1966 Corvette L79 shows good condition seats, gauges, and steering wheel, exc glovebox lid, and vg carpet and GM seatbelts. Correct appearing AM/FM radio is in place. The numbers matching 327ci L79 engine in this car shows original casting date October 30, 1965, and final assembly date February 2, 1966. Correct air cleaner, intake manifold, ignition shielding, radiator hoses, and hose clamps are all in place.
