Known as the "Hemicudzter," this custom 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda hasundergone a frame-off rotisserie restoration with no expensespared. It is powered by a Stanton 6.1-liter HEMI engine with TTIheaders and Spintech mufflers with a side-exiting NASCAR-styleexhaust and boom tubes, all ceramic-coated. The engine is cooled bya Be Cool aluminum radiator with dual fans. The HEMI is backed by aKeisler/TREMEC TKO 5-speed transmission with a hydraulic clutch.The highly detailed engine compartment and undercarriage arepainted green, matching the pinstripe. Every nut and bolt arechrome or stainless. Stopping power comes from Wilwood 13-inch discbrakes on all four wheels. This car rides on 20-inch BonspeedHuntington wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport II tires. Theexterior is finished with black and silver paint divided by a thingreen pinstripe, with carbon-fiber stripes on the hood. A custom,precision-fit, removable roadster hardtop was custom-fabricated,and the necessary steps were taken to maintain the body rigidity.Some refined exterior custom upgrades include all-new glassflush-mounted with modern rubber, front and rear bumpers integratedinto the body, custom grille, chin spoiler and rocker extensions,LED headlight and taillights. The door handles, emblems and markerlights are all shaved. The custom interior was done by 2010 StreetMachine of the Year interior winner Dan Weber. The exterior colortheme is carried throughout the leather interior. The handmadedash, smoothed door panels and headliner can be appreciated fromthe Corbeau bucket seats. The sweeping leather console follows intothe rear. Some interior custom upgrades include AutoMeter PhantomII gauges, Flaming River polished tilt column and steering wheel,double roll bar, power windows, remote doors, Air Ride Tech paneland Hurst pistol-grip shifter. It has a JVC stereo with fourRockford Fosgate speakers and two 12-inch subwoofers with a1,200-watt amplifier. The trunk compartment is wrapped in matchingblack leather and houses the stainless fuel cell while hiding theOptima battery. This 'Cuda was the 2007 SEMA Mopar Top Eliminatoraward-winner by Chrysler. It has won many awards, includingGoodguys Mighty Muscle Pick, Mopar Muscle Pick and Best Bitchin'.It has been featured in multiple magazines, including Super Rod,Mopar Action and Mopar Magazine. This car was restored over 5years.
