1987 Buick Grand National 1987, One Owner, Buick Grand Nationaloffered for sale. This extremely rare, highly collectible examplewas a special order with every factory option available in 1987except the power antenna (due to reliability issues). The orderincluded the two most rare options: the silver factory astroroofand power driver's seat. As one of the few fully optioned GrandNationals, it had one of the highest sticker prices and was one ofthe last builds prior to the GNX. This award-winning example is amulti-time show winner and has documented 25,744 miles. The GNXdashboard upgrade was installed at 11,134 miles.The vehicle hasbeen meticulously maintained, stored in its entirety in aclimate-controlled garage and shows extremely well. A fresh servicewas completed on 10/08/23 to include oil & filter change with Mobil1 synthetic 5w30; radiator flushed and serviced with Framconventional green Antifreeze and Coolant (F101); and brake fluidchange. This National still maintains its Original Factory Paintand in order to preserve its pristine appearance (i.e., nooxidation/cracks that were problematic to this era), the BumperFillers were replaced from GSCA and refinished in the factory glossblack in October 2010. The body is completely rust free with onlyone or two minor bug chips. In 1987, Buick underrated GrandNationals at 245 horsepower and 355 lbs. torque. Many upgrades areincluded in this vehicle such as the GNX dash; 12.5 second Hot &Spicy Recipe version 3.1 from 1999 (full package completion in2000); Kenne Bell air dam; performance computer chip and 2 1/2 inchstainless steel exhaust to name a few. Pictures of the Hot & SpicyRecipe detail the breakdown of items installed. Several areas ofthe engine bay have been enhanced in chrome adding to thisvehicle's appeal. In total, well over $10,000 in upgrades and spareparts have been invested. These additional spare parts are includedin the asking price:1. New Front Headlight bezels.2. New Top Dashcover.3.
