All of us Ford lovers have been waiting years and years for an engine that can put up big hp and torque numbers like those other guys brag about. Well now your wait is over! Ford Super Duty with a complete Ford Cummins conversion not some hack job that someone done in a barn this one is done right. All parts are off the shelf from well known suppliers ready to be drivin anywhere and impress all along the way. the truck started out as a v10 with 165k miles so all the suspension was replaced at the start of the project with oem ford parts complete new rearends installed. truck has 8" Sky Jacker spring lift sitting on 38" toyo tires. built using fordcummins engine install mounting system. engine started life as a gen one 1993 12v cummins completely tore down and freshened up with new rotating assembly. extensive head work done port and polished also fire ringed to hold in excess of 75lbs of boost. I put it together planning to run twins so its built right but currently sporting a new single turbo with all new piping and new manifold. 100hp injectors and a performance VE pump. and a billet adapter that mounts the throttle position sensor right on top of the pump to work with the PCS controller. brand new power steering pump, alternator, and ac compressor really no expense was spared putting this truck together. engine backed up by a ATS stage II 47re automatic with billet converter and PCS stand alone transmission controller with ATS fully programmable valve body. and behind that is an ATS full billet transfer case. turbo back 5" exhaust with single stack in the bed and yes it does roll the coal if thats what your in to. there is no rust on the truck at all body is near perfect truck not originally from iowa so does not have " our" normal issues. closest thing to any problem with the truck is originally it had a color matched spray in liner that well didnt do what they said it would when they sprayed it in and its peeling.
