Exterior has one spot with paint imperfection and a tiny dent under the headlight due to a truck with a trailer hitch backing into it in a parking lot and at the bottom of the passenger door. Overall, 8 out of 10. Interior is excellent, couldn't be expected to be better for a car this age, with the exception of the passenger heated seat not working. Overall, 9.5 out of 10. I have all receipts and service documentation. 203,000 miles on the odometer, garage kept, manual transmission (the automatic transmissions can be troublesome), and taken care of extremely well; comes with heated seats and all-weather floor mats. I am selling because I need a diesel for better mpg and going off to college next year, thus I won't need a car. I average 29 mpg in mixture of city and highway.
